Lemon Blueberry Lavender Cannabis-Infused Collins
When you’re in need of a refreshing drink, look no further than an alcohol-free Lemon Blueberry Lavender Collins. Bright purple and bursting with citrus, this delightful cannabis-infused beverage provides the perfect balance of both sweet and sour flavors, harmonized by the essence of lavender. This drink also blossoms in the glass thanks to homemade flower ice cubes you can easily create at home.
Alongside its gorgeous appearance, this playful nonalcoholic recipe is highlighted by a unique blend of phytocannabinoids provided by Gem + Jane Lemon Blueberry Lavender. By topping the drink with this sparkling beverage, you’ll enjoy a low-dose serving of Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC, and CBD. If you’re new to Delta-8 THC, it presents less potent effects than Delta-9 THC if consumed in moderation. This delicious sparkling drink also effortlessly combines with blueberry lavender tea, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and agave nectar, to keep you feeling refreshed and blissful all summer long.

Lemon Blueberry Lavender Collins
Yield: 1 drink
Target Dose: 2 mg Delta-8 THC, <1 mg Delta-9 THC, 1 mg CBD per drink (using ½ can of Gem + Jane Lemon Blueberry Lavender)
Equipment:
Silicone ice tray
Shaker tin
Citrus press
Highball glass
Bar spoon
Ingredients:
To Prepare the Flower Ice Cubes:
Assortment of edible flower petals
Filtered Water
To Prepare the Blueberry Lavender Collins:
3 ounces blueberry lavender tea, chilled
½ ounce agave nectar
¾ ounce lemon juice
Flower Ice Cubes
Gem + Jane Lemon Blueberry Lavender
Lemon wheel, fresh blueberries, and a sprig of lavender to garnish
Directions:
Begin by preparing the flower ice cubes. Remove the petals from a selection of edible flowers. Place into a silicone ice tray, spreading the petals out evenly. Fill each ice cube mold halfway with filtered water (do not fill all of the way yet since the flowers will float to the top creating an uneven appearance). Place into the freezer and chill until frozen. Remove the ice tray, then top each ice cube with filtered water again so the rest of the ice cube fills out. Place into the freezer and chill overnight.
Add the blueberry lavender tea, agave nectar, and lemon juice in the bottom of a shaker tin. Add ice, then shake for 15 seconds or until cold. Strain into a highball glass filled with flower ice cubes. Top with Gem + Jane Lemon Blueberry Lavender, then garnish with a lemon wheel, fresh blueberries, seasonal flowers, and a sprig of lavender to garnish. Enjoy!
