Save Water and Drink Wine
Join Us for the Cannaisseur Series 'Herbal Vino Feast' on Saturday, April 28th
On Saturday, April 28th, the talented team from the Cannaisseur Series are hosting an Herbal Vino Feast celebrating the beautiful synergies between cannabis, wine, and gourmet food.
After launching the Cannaisseur Series in 2015 with husband and ganjapreneur Ryan Bush, Chef Coreen Carroll’s four-course meals have enchanted Bay Area foodies who wish to elevate fine dining. This underground pop-up series includes low-dose infused hors d’oeuvres followed by a non-infused meal paired with artisan flower provided by local growers. Each event has a unique theme and menu combining the non-psychoactive ingredients of cannabis including terpenes, CBD, THCA, non-decarboxylated flower, canna leaves, and more. Guests are also provided with education and have the opportunity to meet an array of cannabis producers and manufacturers.
For the Herbal Vino Feast, Chef Coreen Carroll has prepared a menu that will entice your senses and palate, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local farms. In collaboration with Wolf Mountain Organics, The Herb Somm will also be featuring three perfect pairings harmoniously blending terpenes, tannins, and select cannabis and wine vintages.
Tickets are now on sale for this one-of-a-kind canna-culinary event. Click here to join us on Saturday, April 28th. We hope to see you there!
